About The Owner
My name is James Bob, and I’m the owner of Top Notch Painting & Construction LLC here in Vancouver, Washington. I’ve been in the painting and construction industry for over 20 years, starting right out of high school and learning the trade from the ground up.
In 2015, when my first child was born, I knew I wanted to build something of my own — a company that would allow me to be present for my family while delivering work I could truly stand behind. In 2016, I started Top Notch Painting & Construction with one goal: provide honest service and results that last.
Today, I personally manage every project from start to finish. I use proven methods, high-quality materials, and never cut corners. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured, and most of our work comes from referrals and repeat customers — something I take great pride in.
